BSc (Hons) Food Science and Nutrition (Clinical Nutrition)

BSc (Hons) Food Science and Nutrition (Clinical Nutrition) programme is specifically designed for students interested in the science of food, nutrition, and their practical applications in health, industry, and research. Throughout the programme, students will explore the chemical, biological, and physical properties of food and the role of nutrition in human health and disease prevention. The curriculum includes specialised modules such as Product Development and Sensory Analysis, Food and Nutrition Policy and Issues, Investigative Sports and Exercise Nutrition, as well as Clinical Nutrition. Students will also develop key transferrable skills such as laboratory techniques, data interpretation, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork, equipping them for further study or a wide range of careers in the food, nutrition, or health sectors.
