Opening of Food Science and Nutrition Laboratory at BMS Campus School of Science
On Friday, 12 September 2025, the Faculty of Life and Medical Sciences at BMS Campus was honoured to host Dr. Katri Cornelissen, Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at Northumbria University, UK.
During her visit, Dr. Cornelissen officially inaugurated the new Food Science and Nutrition Laboratory. This state-of-the-art facility will significantly enhance the practical aspects of students’ studies and promote interactive learning at BMS.
The visit also provided an opportunity for Dr. Cornelissen to engage with students and the senior leadership team, further strengthening academic and professional collaborations between the two institutions.
