An engaging experiential learning session was successfully conducted for the Managerial Soft Skills module under the BBM Programme – Batch 2 at The Coffee Manor, Colombo 07, where students stepped beyond the classroom to simulate real-world business interactions in a professional café setting.
Through simulation and collaborative discussions, participants explored conflict resolution, negotiation, and effective communication in a dynamic, real-life context. The session provided valuable hands-on exposure to managerial decision-making and business etiquette in informal environments.
It was an enriching experience that bridged theory with practice and strengthened essential workplace skills.
