- BMS Colombo Graduate School
On 3 February 2026, BMS Campus was pleased to welcome Mr Ashish Suri, Regional Manager (South Asia) for the University of Waikato, New Zealand, to the BMS Colombo Graduate School. This visit served as a vital platform for prospective students to explore world-class education and the diverse post-study work landscape in New Zealand.
The event featured personalised, one-to-one consultation sessions where Mr Suri provided expert eligibility assessments. Students received tailored guidance on selecting degree programmes that align with their career aspirations at the University of Waikato.
To add further value, the BMS Campus Study Abroad team joined the session to provide the latest updates on permanent residency (PR) opportunities in New Zealand. Participants engaged in a comprehensive Q&A session, gaining clarity on the immigration landscape and the strategic steps required to build a life abroad.
Beyond student consultations, the visit emphasised institutional growth. Mr Suri toured our Graduate School facilities and met with the BMS senior management team to discuss strengthening professional ties and expanding collaborative opportunities between our institutions.
