BMS Campus officially launched the final-year journey for the May 2026 cohort on June 6, 2026, with a dynamic induction ceremony held at Harvard Hall, BMS Colombo Graduate School. The event brought together ambitious students entering the BSc (Hons) Global Business Management and BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance programmes.
Designed to set students up for academic excellence, the session offered deep dives into programme structures, available academic tools, and the robust student support ecosystem at BMS.
To bridge the gap between theory and corporate reality, the cohort also benefited from the exclusive insights of two esteemed industry veterans:
- Mr Sumudhu Thanthrige (CEO, Maliban Group) inspired the audience with his session on “Strategic Leadership for Young Learners,” emphasising the mindsets required to lead in today’s business world.
- Dr Nushad Perera (Managing Director, Ten Holdings) challenged students to think globally in his presentation, “Global Graduates in a Digital Future,” focusing on the digital transformation of global careers.
The day wrapped up with an engaging networking session where students, faculty, and peers connected to share ideas. BMS Campus is incredibly proud to welcome this new batch and looks forward to supporting them as they step confidently into their future corporate roles.
