On Monday, 22 December 2025, BMS Campus held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort, bringing staff members together to celebrate the year’s collective achievements.
The proceedings began with a welcome address by Dr. W. A. Wijewardena, President of BMS Campus. In his remarks, Dr. Wijewardena praised the staff for their unwavering commitment to maintaining the high educational standards that students and parents have come to expect from the institution.
A major highlight of the event was the “Star Awards” ceremony, an initiative by the BMS HR department. The awards were designed to recognise and honour the exceptional service, performance, and dedication of both individual staff members and specific departments.
Following the formal session, the atmosphere shifted to one of relaxation and team building. Staff members participated in various energetic outdoor activities before enjoying a communal lunch.
The day concluded successfully, fulfilling its goal of fostering a positive organisational culture and strengthening collaboration across the campus. BMS Campus extends its gratitude to the organisers and staff who made this memorable day possible.
