On December 13, 2025, BMS Campus hosted a high-profile induction ceremony to welcome the November 2025 cohorts for their final-year business degree programmes, including BSc (Hons) in Global Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and International Tourism, Hospitality, and Events.
This milestone event served as a comprehensive orientation, introducing students to their final-year programme structures, academic resources, and the robust support services available at BMS.
A significant highlight of the day was an insightful session on Strategic Leadership delivered by guest speaker Mr. Sumudu Ishara Thanthirigoda, CEO of the Maliban Group. Drawing from his extensive executive experience, Mr. Thanthirigoda challenged the incoming students to lead ethically and think strategically within a rapidly evolving global market.
The ceremony concluded with students engaging with their faculty and peers, marking a confident and inspiring beginning to their final academic phase.
