induction ceremony held at Harvard Hall, BMS Colombo Graduate School. The event brought together ambitious students entering the <strong>BSc (Hons) Global Business Management<\/strong> and <strong>BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance<\/strong> programmes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7ecc40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7ecc40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Designed to set students up for academic excellence, the session offered deep dives into programme structures, available academic tools, and the robust student support ecosystem at BMS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b858df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b858df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To bridge the gap between theory and corporate reality, the cohort also benefited from the exclusive insights of two esteemed industry veterans:<\/p><ul><li>Mr Sumudhu Thanthrige (CEO, Maliban Group) inspired the audience with his session on <em>\u201cStrategic Leadership for Young Learners,\u201d<\/em> emphasising the mindsets required to lead in today\u2019s business world.<\/li><li>Dr Nushad Perera (Managing Director, Ten Holdings) challenged students to think globally in his presentation, <em>\u201cGlobal Graduates in a Digital Future,\u201d<\/em> focusing on the digital transformation of global careers.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a63cf3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a63cf3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The day wrapped up with an engaging networking session where students, faculty, and peers connected to share ideas.
