a Standout LinkedIn Profile\u201d for the undergraduate students of Batch 19 of the HND Business programme. The highly impactful session was facilitated by industry experts Natasha Liyanage (Chief People Officer) and Rasanjali Gunasekera (Marketing Manager) from Advice Lab.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7ecc40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7ecc40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The seminar aimed to highlight the critical role of establishing a robust personal brand in today\u2019s highly competitive global job market, demonstrating how students can strategically position themselves for premier career opportunities. Throughout the session, the speakers shared valuable industry insights on developing a cohesive professional identity, masterfully navigating networking strategies, and confidently communicating personal strengths.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b858df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b858df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A key focus of the event was practical profile optimisation.
