Sciences at BMS Campus welcomed the newest intake of students to the MSc in Cancer and Molecular Diagnostics, offered in collaboration with Teesside University, UK. The induction ceremony marked the official start of the programme and provided students with an overview of the course.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6552819 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6552819\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Students were briefed on the programme structure, including details of the research project, and were introduced to the state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. We were also grateful to Prof. Prasanna Galhena, Professor in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, for delivering an insightful session titled <i>\u201cRelevance of Molecular Targets in Haemato-Oncology.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7ecc40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7ecc40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">The event fostered strong academic and professional connections, giving students the opportunity to engage with senior faculty members.
